I am unable to connect Filo to my smartphone because everytime that I try, my smartphone sends me overlay notifications on the screen. What can I do?

We are aware that some applications installed on certain smartphones are positioned in front of others and therefore creating this type of block and creating these overlay messages on your screen.

When the overlay message appears on your screen, click “Settings” and temporarily deactivate the application that is causing these problems on your smartphone.

Applications that manage the phone's default buttons or menus can be responsible for this behavior (For example messaging apps such as messenger or whatsapp).

Once this problem is resolved with the overlay messages you shouldn’t have any more problems with your paired Filo.
