I updated my Android’s Operating System and now I am unable to pair a new Filo to my phone.

Filo devices already paired to your phone will still work properly.  In order to pair new Filo, an issue that arises from updating your operating system could be related to certain authorizations that allow the Filo app to search for new devices.  (You can verify the operating system under Settings> Device Info > Software Info > Android Version).

To verify that this permission has been given to the Filo app go to Settings> Applications > Filo > Authorizations and check that Location is among the granted authorizations, otherwise click to authorize it.
